Return & Replacement Policy

At Sleep India Mattress, every product is manufactured with strict quality checks and careful inspection before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in specific circumstances mentioned below.

1. No Return Policy

All mattresses once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

We strongly recommend customers to:

  • Confirm size, thickness, and specifications before placing the order
  • Consult our team for guidance if unsure

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

2. Replacement Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Replacement will be considered ONLY if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery, OR
  • There is a manufacturing defect

3. Mandatory Conditions for Replacement

To request a replacement, ALL of the following must be met:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video is required as proof
  • Product must be unused, unsoiled, and in original packaging
  • No physical damage caused by customer handling

👉 Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the request.

4. Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return

Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Comfort preference (too soft / too hard)
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Delay in delivery
  • Used, opened, or altered products

5. Custom Orders

All custom-size or made-to-order mattresses are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable, unless damaged during delivery.

6. Inspection & Approval

All replacement requests are subject to:

  • Internal inspection
  • Verification by our team

Sleep India Mattress reserves the full right to approve or reject any request based on findings.

7. Shipping & Handling

  • Replacement (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Company will arrange pickup only after approval
  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
